THE AE JOURNAL

I have been working considerably on a few personal pursuits. Today I started my day bright and early--emphasis on bright-- at 5:00am. I went out for a good run around 6 to meet the geese at the dirt track. It has to be the best 2 mile run I had in a long time. It was raining but that did not bother me at all---it was so refreshing.

I will only be writing weekly only this month due to other personal pursuits.Next Week I will begin my new blog regimen.After May it will be back to the daily dose of AE you know and love! For now follow me at:
